Meg Laundry is the Principal and Founder of Laundry Turas Consulting LLC.  LTC has served as the vehicle to allow Meg to continue working in an industry she loves where relationships matter. She has the opportunity to pass on the tools she has acquired to other people who are on their own professional journey to building a successful sales team.

Meg was a Managing Partner for 17 years at Smart Resources and Accountable Search, LLC, a full-service staffing firm specializing in  the placement of administrative and finance/accounting roles.  Under her leadership,  they opened a second location in the suburbs.

Her strategic vision led the organization to multiple achievement awards, Including:

Meg, her Partner Tim Flood, and the entire team grew their revenue from 2.1 Million to 13.1 Million in 2017 and were subsequently acquired by a multi-division, publicly-traded staffing and workforce solutions firm out of Dallas, Texas. 

Prior to Smart Resources, Meg held multiple leadership roles at Banner Personnel, Temporary Connection, DGS Personnel, and Kelly Services, Inc.
